Kimberly Utendorf is an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner. She received her RN and Master of Science in Nursing from the Ohio State University in 2005. Soon after graduation, Kim obtained employment with this practice and continues to support Drs. Gordon, Lavelle, and Jain. She maintains her certifications and licenses with the Oncology Nursing Credentialing Corporation, American Nurses Credentialing Center, and the Ohio Board of Nursing. She is also an active member of the Ohio Association of Advance Practice Nurses and the Oncology Nursing Society. Her role at the Cancer Specialists of Greater Dayton includes conducting physical examination, ordering appropriate testing, interpreting test results, prescribing medications, and providing education. She works within a team model with the physician and nurses to provide comprehensive care to our oncology and hematology patients.
